Small Jumbo (SJ)

At 15 3/4” lower bout, the SJ is the largest guitar I make. I combine a stunning blend of power, richness and depth in this instrument. I have managed to strike a harmonious balance between these captivating qualities all while maintaining the balance, clarity and note separation that musicians seek in their instruments. The falcate bracing offers a unique mid range presence to my instruments that give my guitars a full, rich and even frequency response. This guitar is a true testament to my commitment to crafting instruments that resonate with beauty and inspire musicians to create.

Like all of my steel string guitars the SJ is available in almost any combination of tonewoods and customizable to your specifications. No.50 pictured has a Redwood top, Belah back and sides and Cocobolo fretboard, headplate and bindings. Please reach out to discuss the possabilities.
